Waiver of Release of ALL Liability (Under 18)

By completing and electronically signing this form, the undersigned parent or guardian of the minor participant (the "Minor") fully understands and acknowledges the inherent risks involved in eFoiling, wing foiling, kiteboarding, kitesurfing, kite-land boarding, and other related extreme sports. These risks include, but are not limited to:

· Being lifted by the eFoil board and potentially being dropped or slammed onto the board or water.

· Unpredictable encounters with sea life such as jellyfish, sharks, crustaceans, etc.

· Unknown underwater conditions or objects, including sharp shells, coral, broken glass, oyster beds, and concrete.

· Changes in weather conditions, such as increasing wind, lightning, updrafts, etc.

· The inherent risks of injury or death associated with eFoiling and related sports.

By permitting the Minor to participate in these activities, the undersigned accepts full responsibility for all risks associated with the sport, including injury or death.

In the event of an injury, the undersigned agrees that the Minor will rely solely on their own personal health insurance to cover any medical or injury-related expenses.

The undersigned acknowledges the right of the Minor to discontinue participation in the lesson at any time if they feel uncomfortable with the abilities of the instructor. In such a case, they may request a pro-rated or full refund.

The undersigned agrees to release and waive all liability, including any claims of negligence, against AFLOAT, You Regatta LLC, its instructors, teaching locations, associated schools, and gear/equipment manufacturers. This includes but is not limited to, any injury or death that may result from participating in eFoiling.

The undersigned further releases and waives all liability against Kite Maine, Scott Furr (Owner), its instructors, teaching locations, associated schools, and gear/equipment manufacturers related to participation in the sport of eFoiling.

The undersigned certifies that they are the parent or legal guardian of the Minor, that the Minor is under the age of 18, and that they have read and fully understand the contents of this waiver.

By e-signing below, the undersigned voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver and acknowledges understanding of the risks involved in allowing the Minor to participate.
